Terms and Conditions

  1. Introduction Welcome to Driverro. By using our chauffeur services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before booking any service.
  2. Definitions
  • “Company” refers to Driverro.
  • “Customer” refers to any individual or entity booking a service with Driverro.
  • “Service” refers to chauffeur transportation provided by Driverro.
  • “Merchant” refers to any third-party payment processor used by Driverro.
Contractual Relationship and Contract Conclusion 3.1 Contractual Relationship Driverro does not itself provide the transportation services in connection with its booking tools and does not do so by way of third-party agents. Driverro only provides the user with a claim for transport against a third-party service provider (TSP), which is independent of Driverro. For this purpose, Driverro concludes the necessary agreements on its own behalf with the TSP that provide the user with a claim for transport against the TSP (“contract for the benefit of third parties,” also “transportation contract for the benefit of the user”). On this basis, the user is entitled to request the transportation service and any further claims in respect of that service directly from the TSP. Driverro and the user only agree to the arrangement of a business service contract and not to the arrangement of the actual transportation services. The claim for compensation by Driverro includes the compensation for arranging business services as well as the compensation distributed to the TSP for the transportation services. 3.2 Conclusion of Contract By transmitting a completed booking form via the Driverro platform or by making arrangements by telephone with Driverro, the user transmits an offer to conclude a business service contract (“ride request” of the user). The subject matter of this contract is the provision of the ride service requested by the user. As an initial matter, Driverro transmits to the user an email confirmation of the details of the requested ride service that it has received. In so doing, Driverro only confirms the receipt of the user’s ride request. It is only by separate declaration (“booking confirmation”) by email from Driverro that the business service contract between Driverro and the user is concluded for the desired ride service. The user is then directly entitled vis-à-vis the TSP to request the ride service of the TSP and to assert further claims in respect of such ride service directly against the TSP. 4.5 Children and Passenger Continuity
  • Passengers traveling with children must provide appropriate child safety seats as required by local regulations.
  • Driverro does not supply child seats by default; however, they may be available upon request at an additional charge.
  • All passengers must wear seat belts at all times during the ride.
  • The chauffeur reserves the right to refuse service if the passenger count exceeds the vehicle’s maximum capacity or if passengers fail to adhere to safety regulations.
4.6 Luggage Policy
  • Each passenger is allowed to carry standard luggage that fits within the vehicle’s designated storage space.
  • Excessive or oversized luggage must be disclosed at the time of booking, and additional charges may apply.

5.2 No-Show Policy
  • A no-show is defined as the failure of a customer to appear at the designated pickup location within the waiting period.
  • For standard bookings, the chauffeur will wait 15 minutes before marking the ride as a no-show.
  • For airport pickups, the chauffeur will wait 60 minutes before marking the ride as a no-show.

  • The transaction fee is non-refundable and covers processing costs.
